I used to just never buy things that were bad for me, but when I got married three years ago I gave up many good habits.
When I’m doing well, I literally just smell something that’s tempting me and I don’t have to eat it. And at the grocery store, sometimes I’ll stop and stare at food that’s bad for me and then move on.
It’s a goal for this year to get back on track… with everything.

My family lives to eat and sadly I’ve inherited some of that.
But i prefer to eat to live.

I often eat out of boredom. I’m so overweight that I think it is hurting my back. All my body fat is concentrated on my stomach. I look like I am nine months pregnant. (I’m a guy.) I’ve got to do something about my weight or I am going to have serious problems.

Sorry to hear
I think you can make some healthy replacements?? And just cut out one thing per week?
Yes. I’ve cut back from some of my worse eating habits, but I still have a lot of work ahead.
