It seems everything I try to do feels like a chore. That is even true for watching Netflix series.

Today yes…I’m having such a hard time getting moving…ugh 
However recently I have actually regained my interest in my hobbies and have had good motivation for doing them. I don’t have this when I’m off meds.

I can’t even watch a series without losing focus.
We’re cancelling Netflix. They’re upping the price again.
I’m sorry hun I know the feeling maybe just take a day to do absolutely nothing unless you really want to.
Yea its hard to get motivated to watch movies or a tv show. Lifes a chore now

99% of things feel like a chore to me. It’s a bit depressing.

I can relate. Focus is non existent for me. Even watching a show. Definitely can’t sit through a whole movie. I think my doc may help me find a med to help me focus though. I tried intuniv but no luck. Try talking to your doc maybe or switching meds. Are you on meds?
It’s getting better. It’s the depression and negative symptoms. Still need to work on brushing teeth.
Most tasks seem like a chore to me.
Most things that Normal people find easy, like brushing their teeth or watching TV are chores for me.
Life ain’t easy or smooth when your stuck with a schiz diagnosis.

That’s why i dont watch stuff. Had to motivate myself to watching a show by smoking three cigs, not healthy. I just heard it being described that way in my group today. Counselor said “doing things becomes a chore”
It’s easier for me to read a book than watch tv. So I don’t watch tv.

Sometimes i feel like just moving my arm takes too much effort.
Not really, but some things do. Namely waking up, doing homework, doing any kind of paperwork, watching tv, reading, or doing anything that requires serious concentration. On the other hand I can now run around town all day going to appointments, support groups, errands, shopping and come home not exhausted…
