This is a meme that @Tulane posted ages ago, but it sums up a daily occurrence for me. Was my past really that cringe worthy or does this happen to everyone regularly?

It doesn’t happen to me regularly..
And I don’t particularly focus on the “cringe” moments.
I more just look back on my past in general.

Sometimes. But generally I dismiss it quickly. The past is the past. You cant change it. No point in torturing yourself over bad memories of your own behavior.
I dont dwell on it.
