My voices are not in my head or in my ears or behind my ears. My voices are out there in the air, like in the same room or even in the next room.
And my voices are almost always heard through another medium like an a/c or the central heat or a fan etc…
And my voices always sound either like a bunch of male and female voices mumbling incomprehensively or different types of music playing.

My voices were always in my head, sometimes I would have conversations (in my head not out loud) with them.
I had visual hallucinations that were outside of my head, but I didn’t see them with my eyes, I saw them with my mind, but externally, hard to describe.
