I dont mind being alone at all but rn i live with an extremely abusive mother, so i get upset over having no positive interaction

Summary

I’m intensely suicidal when I live alone. I can’t handle it at all. But I took the borderline personality disorder assessment and they said I don’t have it, so I’m not sure why I struggle with being alone so much.

I have had face to face encounters with my therapist and pdoc this year and no one else, except if you count cashiers. I have been getting used to being alone very slowly over the past twenty years. I see my brother and mother this Christmas for two days. I am looking for someone to play guitar with and eventually make YouTube videos. I can teach someone what I know and I’d do it for free.

I used to scream in my apartment. I was tormented by my doppelganger. I am getting out more, to the coffee shop and library. Sitting in the park with a newspaper is fine. I’ve been too nervous for taking my guitar or mandolin to the park. What do you think, should I take my mandolin to the park? Maybe when it’s warm again.

I like being alone sometimes, but solitude is driving me crazy. I wish I had friends. I’m seeing family boxing day though so that will be nice.

I love living by myself! The internet provides unlimited education and even social interaction. I get to be myself and improve myself with zero drama, LOL.

I would love to have a people and genuine friends and real soul family that love and care for me and value me as I them.

I need my solitude because I need to isolate because most people don’t treat me right.they look down at me n talk down at me n disrespect me etc
