Feeling that controlled with external force or people etc?
I had that, but thankfully meds have cleared that one up. I still feel watched and monitored, but no longer controlled. I can push unwanted communications away as well.
We are all connected on a very deep level. When you’re around people, you interact in a million different ways subconsciously through body language and behavior. It’s a type of communication. In that sense we tend to do what is expected of us by either society or the person. But you honestly don’t have to do anything. You are already completely free.
Yes I get this sometimes from the evil spirit in my head, when it happens it’s quite scary!
İ also feel same.but i m not sure if its real or delusion
Depends on the situation I suppose.
Generally delusions involve projecting some idea in your head onto reality.
i am baffled by my actions very often and i dont understand them in the sense that i cant reason with a why as to why i did something. the only thing to say is instinct, it just drives me off to think i did something devoid of any thought. sometimes they are really small things really most of the time they are but i dont realize them and that is what is so curious to me. sometimes my kid cousin will snap me out of it and ask me if i am okay and just until then will i realize that ive been making goofy noises and repeating a word or two over and over and over its freaky.
yes, that is ritualistic behavior, it is quite fascinating… something like choosing a side down the hallway contrary to the side the person walking towards you in the same hallway chose is an example and one nobody seems to acknowledge… things like bowing ones head as a mutual sign of respect and acknowledgement between two people walking past each other in solitary is another example that involves little if any conscious drive. i like to break this invisible thread people walk on with their eyes closed to propel them into wondering sometimes its quite funny how confused they react
It goes even deeper. Like, how do we know when to avert our eyes or look away in certain situations? It’s gotta be subconscious. Like we communicate through body language to each other and eye contact is a way of having a conversation. A look says a lot.
yes exactly, ritual; it is inevitable, these behaviors have been developed over years and years as human behavior has changed and evolved and what not. it is like the social etiquette used in human interaction, like for instance the amount of time people are comfortable holding eye contact then unconsciously agreeing to break that eye contact. it is craazy
Yes I still do… even on meds. Cannot shake it off, do you have a suggestion…
From year 2003 to 2010, My office boss used to come into my head and used to inject cruel feelings towards my family member. I was helpless and after that injection, I used to shout and insult my family member.
