I’m considering getting a coop for some chickens. My bf has them and I love watching them eat and helping take care of them. He was going to sell me his coop since he’s moving but we figured it won’t fit through my yard gate and impossible to disassemble. I found some decent coops for around $300 anyway at a local farm store. It will be a while before I can afford it but I really would like to
My sister has chickens I know the feed can get expensive but maybe fresh eggs is worth it
Does your area allow you to keep live stock? I remember reading certain places don’t allow chickens/coops.
I want chickens in my backyard but its not allowed, I had 2 chicks at home when I was a kid but we gave them to family farm when they grew up, they layed eggs, I used to bath them
Yes my county allows chickens and one roooster
Farm fresh eggs are so worth it.
I am in city limits so I cannot have chickens.
I have 40 chickens that quit laying eggs for winter I guess feed is a lot for no eggs lol.
