I do it so often that my bf and my grandma understand me even tho im not talking. Idk why i do it… i do know i have alot of trouble withh saying the right words but if i make a noise for something i remember i forever. Is that weird?
I’ve seen that before in people with autism who may have trouble with word communication. I’ve worked with kids before who did that and I’d always be confused but their family members would seem to understand what they meant right away. To my knowledge it’s not a common feature of sz though.

I use variations of meep to communicate
I squeak/squeal a lot. I have ASD though so I’ve come to think it’s just a form of TICS.
Is it possible to be misdianosed?
Ive been this way my whole life, but a couple years ago i did ampetamine and ended up in mental hospital and they said i had schizophrenia… but they sisnt ask me if i had always been this way. They didnt ask about my past at all. So ive been going to therapist for last two years and they say im schizophrenic… but i only have the halucinations when i do drug again. (I only do about 3-4 times a year) and it always puts me back in mental hospital.
I just dont think im schitzoprenic. X.x
N the pills they give me dont do anything except make me sick so idk wot to do.
When I was growing up, the catch phrase was “Speed Kills”. Not that LSD was that great for me, you understand.

I really want to encourage you not to do this drug anymore. That is a really bad side effect and a horrible consequence to face just to get high for a little while. It’s not worth it. Please don’t do it anymore. And I wish you luck with the rest of your troubles.

Even if it is drug-induced, you are risking making your condition permanent by continuing to do drugs. When you are clean with no symptoms for a year and a half, doctors might consider reducing and then stopping your meds. But the more episodes you have, the higher your chance is of making your condition permanent.

I was clean 11mo last go but state psycaitryst make me take pill. I only do drug when im forced to go to party x.x
Im horrible around ppl.
But most ppl when they meet me just think im slow… but in reality im quite smart, i just cant get whats inside my head out. N if i dont have someone with me to help me i get stuck in bad situations that i cant get out of.
N ive tried to do research online n it serms you cant have autism and schitzoprenia well you can but its really rare.
You can definitely have autism and schizophrenia together. But you can also have a serious substance abuse problem that is causing psychosis. You’ll never know unless you stay clean. If parties make you feel the need to do drugs, stay away from parties where drugs are present.

It’s not rare to have sz and autism together.
It’s not exactly common either but there is some genetic overlap, and having autism increases your risk of having sz a bit.
It also is very common, as ninjastar said, to have drug abuse/addiction along with sz.
Although sz usually has onset in teens or 20s, some people have symptoms in childhood, and others not til middle age.
