Not sure it’s a bug going around or what. My head feels argh… Mum said I look like a dead person and I should toughen up I don’t have the flu that bad as my voice and nose is fine. 
I had it last week. I’m 90% over it now. It’s much worse for guys.

I ate a whole multipack of mini cheddars, then I had an upset tummy

In summer I sometimes get hay-fever or a head cold. So far this season it has happened twice.

Oh geez, I’m sorry you’re suffering ish. The worst of it doesn’t last very long. Maybe get someone to get some cold stuff/ remedies from the pharmacy for you. Get well soon !
