Does anybody else have a subscription addiction?

I just spent 2 hours with bluehost.com trying to cancel a domain renewal. Here’s what they were doing. Their accounting department was still charging my card even after the domain was deleted from their portal after they buried it with no links at squarespace that had no record of it. Go figure. I got a refund they say will be processed in a few days. My advice… avoid bluehost.com like the bubonic plague. They are the absolute worst at burying auto renewal cancellation. Basically they are thieves in hiding.
