I think it does, dompine flooding the brain box
For me it didnt. Abilify made me so horribly psychotic and caused such akathisia that sex was about the last thing on my mind. Wouldnt even have been interested if a handsome, naked man was put in my bed. 
but its the only ap to release dompaine?

I had hypersexuality from Abilify, masturbation was physically painful.
My ED went away after I switched to Abilify, and I was able to masterbate again.
even a low dose will do me 2.5mg maybe
I think it does and it can cause increased sexuality in some. Guess the dopamine just wasnt really doing me much good and you cant think of sex when you are pacing up and down the room, overwhelmed with terror and crazy thoughts.

Iām on abilify maintana and it has crushed my drive into very low and a lot of times nothing

Regular abilify is like drinking water to me
Ye, 20 and 30 mg both did for me. Felt kinda hypersexual.
