My thoughts tell me ,“You’re going to be nice today not mean”. Only they say it in Spanish.
No they don’t control me. They’re a supernatural pool of consciousness that is entangled with my thoughts. They have influence and control over my thoughts.
Since they control your thoughts, they control you

It’s like I have inner thoughts which are mine, and outer thoughts that are entangled with beings. That’s the theory anyways.
My mind is a pool of infinite consciousnesses and I am the lead.

I am wondering if they tried to convince me that I didn’t have to die to save the world when in fact I did.

“Supernatural forces of the mind.” Again they say that. There is a supernatural force in my mind. I can’t not believe it.
Guys please help. My thoughts keep saying I’m the sacrifice. Like a lot of thoughts are saying this. I don’t want to die.
You need to bring this up with your doctor next time you see them if it’s causing you a lot of distress.
Maybe they’ll try another med or up your dose. It took a couple of months for my meds to work first time.

Well we ran out of haldol so I’ve been taking 160mg of geodon each day. 80 in the morning 80 at night. Also 100mg of zoloft each day in the morning.

Sounds good.
All you can do is tell your doctor your thoughts are causing you distress. Tell your doctor that they feel seperate from you and you find them threatening. It’ll be up to them to see how best to treat you then.
In the meantime stay calm. Your thoughts can’t magically hurt you or make you a “sacrifice”.
Yes my mind uses what people say about me then they call me things.
Alien the man in my head either talks to me or inserts his thoughts. My own thoughts do sometimes seem to talk about me but it’s usually Alien talking. Or Alien’s thoughts in my head. Hard to explain!

When I hear voices it sounds like an ongoing conversation or discussion between people. Sometimes they’re talking about me but rarely now. Also once in awhile I have heard voices commenting about what I’m doing.

Like voices outside your head? That must suck. The beings say they will escape my mind so they can physically interact with me.
Well actually I think they might be my thoughts.
