Mine does. Just because I took the computer chair away from her. She brings a roll out of the bathroom and shreds it in front of me. What would you do if this happened to you?
yep, my Minnie or my pug/weenie tears the blanket of the back of our couch, and she used to tear the curtains down when we were gone away from home and we had to put her in a dog crate to keep her from doing such destructive behavior I think she may have seperation anxiety she only does these things when we leave her home alone.
Early on , when I owned my first house, I got 2 young dogs. I figured it would help for them to keep each other company. Well, I would leave them alone when I went to work and they would just trash the place. Tear apart the couch cushions and everything .
There would be foam all over the house when I came home.
That’s so funny . I’m sorry DrZen!
I hope so. I wouldn’t want to unknowingly cross my cat. Open retaliation is the sign of a healthy relationship. I would find a different way to take the chair next time, more cognizant of the cat’s claim to the chair. Communication is important in a relationship, you shouldn’t discourage it when the stakes are as low as toilet paper by trying to educate it, imho. A show of indignation is probably enough to let it know that it got its point across, you don’t want to let it feel like it hasn’t done enough either afterall.
sometimes. its usually an anxiety thing tho and they rarely do. but last night i was late feeding them dinner and one of them took one of my shoes to bed…she didnt chew it but i think she wanted to. the other one will throw fits sometimes right in front of me and knock things over with her paw like the space heater or she will hit soda boxes. its very cute.
