I relapsed 2 years ago and my depression just keeps gettibg worse after every relapse

I had prepsychotic depression
Though I think it was the negatives.
I have schizophrenia depression and anxiety

My motivation is really bad idk if it’s just due to psychosis thou. It’s been like that ever since I was around 15
Yes I do. I take mirtazapine for it, though I still have low motivation. I tried leaving the mirtazapine out and had awful anxiety, suicidal ideation and horrible mood. I surely need the antidepressant.
My pdoc told me its normal to feel depressed after psychosis. I was deeply depressed for awhile.
