Do you see images associated with your voices?

I’ve heard voices of around 200 different people, and the voices are always paired with an image: I see a cartoon-like picture of the person who is talking.

Do you also see images when you hear voices, or do you just hear voices?

I only hear voices when I’m psychotic. I smell things, though.

Yeah back when voices were telling me clones of my family members were being tortured, I could see images of them being tortured. Although the images were slightly cartoonish, it was hell.

I’m curious though: how were your images slightly cartoonish?

I’m wondering if your images are similar to mine… mine are like small, colorful, realistic drawings/figures of the real people.

No, my images were fairly big, and black and white. They were slightly cartoonish in that they weren’t extremely detailed. (I think that’s the best I can describe it.)

i see things,smell things…and hear things…there is no images with any of these

I have no images connected to my voices.

with two of the commenting voices, i can describe a mental picture of an older couple.

@AbAt where on earth do you get your information? @szadmin , correct me if I am wrong but as of recent I have seen nothing but promotion of unproven theories by the above poster ^ . maybe i am being over reactive but it really does seem that way.

Nothing cartoonish at all. Very real. Good CGI, LOL…

First visitation when I was around 7 - 8 was like this…fully 3D… wish I had known about the Native American significance at the time…unfortunately I just got scared and screamed and ran…

I sometimes see the people driving cars in my hometown so I moved into the country. Which isn’t very safe either. But I don’t see voices while they speak, they just come to me in vehicles and follow me.

it is so easy to imagine any image in your imagination without smelling or hearing
any thing,that is correct if you are a person without schizophrenia !
=any person on the earth “without sz” can do what you do !..haha
