Do you make New Year’s resolutions?

I don’t. I figure if I’m willing and able to make a positive change in my life, there’s no reason to wait for a specific date.

I do think, though, that if making New Year’s resolutions is what it takes for a person to make a positive change, then it’s a good thing.

Yes, I make New Year’s Resolutions. But my resolutions are usually extensions of what I did the previous year. More small life style changes and small goals that lead to larger accomplishments. It’s like a yearly check in to see if I got anywhere. I recently started reading a book called Four Thousand Weeks; Time Management for Mortals, and it’s got me looking at time management a little differently.

I like the idea of new year resolutions… even if I don’t follow through completely.

It’s the beginning of a new year, reminds me to set some goals for myself I suppose.

Like of coarse I want to lose weight…. BUT, me setting it as my New Year’s resolution isn’t gonna make it more attainable sadly.

I’d also like to find a book that keeps me interested…

Someone else on here mentioned the goal of spending less time on their phone- I like that as well.
