Probably. I think sometimes that having paranoia naturally puts up a “shield” (for want of a better word) that automatically turns itself on when I have interactions with people and makes me suspicious or not trust them. This is my theory kind of anyways. But that said, i can adapt to the “shield” and there’s ways around it. I trust my sisters and my step-parents almost completely. I trust people at work to a degree. I am friendly to strangers and they respond and I can look them in the eyes and tell that a lot of them are harmless if I don’t be threatening. So I guess to sum it up: paranoia is a nasty, complicated mess, lol. And my parting words are that sometimes paranoia has its place in life and is necessary but at appropriate times.
