@Wave
It may be the meds . . .
I like Wendy’s. It has good burgers. Though I can’t remember the last time I ate there. When I’ve been in a relationship I definitely fatten my partner up.
Interesting tidbit, did you know that Ceaser salad was invented in Tijuana?
I’ve always loved wendy’s burgers…when I do go to wendy’s I always get a big bowl of their chili…superb!!
@crimby when you face me you can’t tell I have a belly, when I give a side profile it’s like how the hell did I not see that belly? it’s the only place I carry my weight. I’ll most likely never get rid of it.
I eat for survival. Lol. I’m quite active. When I was working a lot I’d eat like 3 jr cheeseburgers at once
If there was a pill that contained everything I needed I’d take that instead lol
That’s the way I carry mine. It’s hard on my back.
yeah, I have a bad back…doesn’t make bending over very fun, quite painful.
Have you asked your partner if he would make a change with you? He might do it in small steps. Or maybe he’s an emotional eater and has lots of stress in other areas of his life. But what happens when you talk about it?
I love Wendy’s the baconator
Yes Wendy’s id my favorite, sadly I hardly ever eat out so when I do it’s a treat not the norm, I think everyone is different, diet is important, however there are some that can look at food and almost gain weight and as you age it gets harder to stay thin for many.
For myself, in the summer I eat less and usually lose weight, winter is harder and really have to work at staying thin. The summer heat I drink more fluids which fills me. I don’t keep much in the way of snacks in the house and I don’t eat at work, only when I get home. Plus my work is very physical so that helps. Most say I’m so skinny, makes me feel good.
One study showed that people who keep busy tend to eat less, the more you are at home and just kicking around the study showed people ate more.
I second that. I noticed that whenever I play an intense video game or stuff, for a very long time, I forget to eat sometimes. I going to look into this study!
