I went to a family foreworks display and I really enjoyed it.
I’m going to get my own fireworks next year.

I went to a big fireworks display once, and after an hour I was really bored. I think fireworks are great in moderation.

I used to like fireworks a lot until I took a firecracker to the knee.
I was trying to sleep during the 4th of july, and then I heard a firecracker near my window. sounded as loud as a gunshot. scared me to death.
Also I heard one go off in my neighborhood, during this year’s 9/11 anniversary. felt a little inappropriate…
I might like fireworks though, if they are silent.

Fireworks trigger vivid hallucinations…but it only makes it more beautiful…where we live the 4th of July the fire works are shot off in the graveyard across the street…as long as the display isn’t too long I can handle it…

Every year we have the International Fireworks Show they compete for top spot, just across the street from me every second night. Although it’s nice, it gets old staying awake every night like your in a war zone. One time I put it on my IP Camera for a sz friend in Australia, she hooked it up too TV and her and her mom watched it.

Now that you mention it, I’d prefer it if they were silent too. My dog would prefer it too—she barks non-stop whenever she hears fireworks.

I like making shapes with sparklers on dark nights. They are pretty dangerous though.

Yosemite my Great Dane likes watching fireworks. He is the only dog I have ever known that likes fireworks.

I used to before they started talking to me. Gems such as “This is it,” “this is the revolution,” and “Do it! Do it now, kill him!” to the people around me.
This is funnier than it sounds.

I never knew what was so exciting about fireworks… Maybe it’s because my birthday is on July 6th so I don’t focus on the 4th much.
