You gotta learn to be as relaxed as you are when you are alone. Try to carry that state with you.
For the most part no one cares what your thinking about or feeling or anything like that. They all have their owns thoughts and feelings to worry about.
Takes time man.

Cognitive therapy helps too
my pdoc won’t prescribe benzo’s for anxiety so she put me on celexa (citalopram generic) good luck. anxiety is a killer.
