Do you have interrupted sleep?

Do you sleep straight through the night uninterrupted or do you wake up at least once or more times then go back to sleep?
My sleep is interrupted
I wake up at least three or more times during the night then get back to sleep.
I think that this is contributing to my daytime fatigue

Very very interrupted. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old. I’m awake multiple times night. If it were hit for the kids I would probably only wake once or twice. Which I think is normal.

I wake up once or twice, but quickly fall asleep again. I snore if lying on my back, they tell me. Overall I need 9 hours a night and results vary: some mornings are better than others.

My new kitty wakes me up by pouncing on my feet while I sleep. I have a tremor in my foot and she loves messing with me.

I wake up to 11 times a night in recent weeks. It can be a lot. If it’s less than 5 it doesn’t really bother me.

My bladder couldn’t pass through the whole night. I wake up at least 4X.

Sometimes if my lack of a gall bladder is acting up, I I get some reflux and have to sit sleeping up.

My main problem is waking up way too early. Trying to fall back to sleep when I wake fully refreshed at 5am or so.
