I get a feeling my Grandma doesnt like me. And cousins on my Dads side. Do you have family members that dont like you??

my bad brother I found out still hates me after all…he’s hated me his whole life…it’s ok…i forgive him…he’s really messed up…he holds it against me that I am disabled.

My grandparents which are not even real blood grandparents,
And my brother is someone who would love to destroy my life. Sounds bad but it’s true.

Currently no. My former SIL did not like me even though we were always cordial. She is sweet but a psycho and my brother is in a huge battle divorcing her. So I don’t take it personally. She hates the freaking universe. I get along very well with both sides of the family.

Yes. But I’ve been hated since I was a baby.

My family says I was a “bad baby”.

I cried and screamed a lot.

They tied me down in the crib and left me there, among other things.

Child protective services got involved but my dad threatened them with a gun and that was before the police started helping in these cases.

The social workers meant to wait a while before coming back.

Unfortunately my case slipped through the cracks until I was quite a bit older.

I endured a lot of abuse and neglect in my life.

Supposedly what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger.

I’m not so sure.

I have family members that don’t like me. In 2008 when I was 18 my grandma told me she didn’t like me. In 2014 I was commenting on one of my cousin’s Facebook posts and someone replied to me and said Are you that cousin no one likes?

Ty @everhopeful. I found it somewhat hard to read as some of it is a bit too close to home. My group therapy has been cancelled twice the last 2 weeks. I’m hoping this week it will continue as I found the first session helpful.

I have family members that I don’t talk to. But I think they just don’t care not that they don’t like me.

Maybe my dad? He loves me, but doesn’t like me. I mean, that’s the feeling I get and believe sometimes. He’s like that to everyone though. He doesn’t want to support or take care of me, really. He has his own issues.
