I was at a group a couple of years ago and this guy was wearing a black shirt and it was covered in Dandruff. I just thought so this is what people think of me when I have it. I actually have it kinda bad right now. If you shower and don’t sleep in the clothes you wear for the day you should be good. When I exercised I would never have dandruff because you I had to shower after each workout. Wish I could do that again.

I sometimes have dandruff. I’m kind of embarassed by it tbh, but it seems to have lessened after I switched shampoo

I get dandruff sometimes. I use special shampoo for it, Selsun Blue. I tried Head and Shoulders but it didn’t work as good for me.

Yeah I’ve used Selsun Blue before. My scalp would itch really bad so I tried it. Can’t remember exactly how it went.

Strangely, i get it on my chin, too. My chin will itch really bad and the skin gets flaky under my goatee. So i put a little of the shampoo in my hand and hit my chin with it also. It works for chins as well as the top of my head.

I’ll keep that in mind. I have a beard so maybe that contributes to dandruff as well.

no, i usually get it clumped together by oil and it forms a layer on top of my head.

I use this anti dandruff shampoo so I’ve never had a dandruff problem

I’ve tried that before @everhopeful. I might try that or Selsun Blue again one of these days. Can’t remember exactly how well they worked.

Coconut oil is helpful
I use head and shoulders severe because I get dermatitis.

I use head and shoulders too. With other shampoo I would get dandruff in one day but with h&s I go like two or three days.

If Head and Shoulders doesn’t work try like a Dollar Store knock off brand. You’d be surprised. I use expensive shampoo so I don’t have a problem with dandruff. I guess that’s why and my hair is dark. So you’d definitely notice.
I’ve used the really cheap shampoo too The stuff that costs a dollar and no problem. Maybe some folks are more prone to dandruff
