I keep scratching and picking at my scalp and it is creating spots because its so dry. My hair is also falling out too.

Big from lush is a magnificent shampoo but it’s really expensive.
My x boyfriend uses it and it helps his psoriasis.
Have you tried, head and shoulders?

I use head and shoulders, only because it is the best I can get at the pharmacy and mini mart in my location. But I would love to get a non scented natural shampoo.

Head and shoulders dry scalp.
If you color your hair, you want to use something else. You can get Biolage dandruff for dry scalp shampoo on Amazon HERE. It’s color safe.
i see alot suggests head and shoulders but it didnt work for me. i had bad dry scalp like big chunks of scaly dandruff, i used to pick at it alot. what helped me is using a moisturizing shampoo and a detangling brush while showering that allows me to really scrub the scalp which fingers didnt seem to be able to do

Something where one of the main ingredient is aloe vera.
Another option is to apply coconut oil in your hair as a conditioner after washing, that should help.

If you do use head and shoulders don’t give up after a few days because it takes a week or two to help

I use Irish Spring 5 in one, body wash, shampoo, face wash, deodorant and all day protection, all in one bottle. It gets the job done. I went a little overboard with buying it on sale off of Amazon and I got like 5 big, 30 oz bottles in my closet.

Have you tried using hair oil? You put it in your hair massage it in, and then leave it for a couple of hours before washing it off.

I tried everything for my itchy scalp and the only thing that worked was this:
I use it every time I wash my hair and haven’t had issues since.
Only bad part is a bottle goes for about $40.
Totally worth it though.
I use Shae Moisture shampoo and conditioner. They have no harmful ingredients and are very moisturizing. I used to have dry hair and horrible dry scalp until I used Shae Moisture. As I used it over time, my hair and scalp kept improving. I’m Caucasian and the product is usually considered an African product. But it works great and I love it. It’s gentle and the one I use isn’t to heavy for me. They have a wide range of shampoos and conditioners available
Simple shampoo is really gentle and cleansing it will not irritate your scalp
