A tip about caffeine and sleep

Try not to have caffeine for 6-8 hours before bedtime to ensure better sleep.

This is a good tip @Nomad My dr says the same. I have coffee in the morning and rarely early afternoon. But usually just morning.

I never drink coffee after 12 pm everyone is differnt tho. around 9 pm lately i been falling asleep and waking up at 5 am.. makes for very pretty long days
