At the moment I don’t think anything. But maybe my parents and sister and brothers. Not my husband. My marriage is mostly unhappy.

I live to be alive. I am motivated to live by my dear ones, and I can always think of someone I care about who I don’t want to grieve for me. But the reason I wake up every day and push myself to be present and aware is the sheer joy and luck to be alive and surrounded by life. I talk to birds and watch bugs and rockpools and go to the swamp and listen to the frogs and trees and river all the time and that connection keeps my soul alive and bright which fuels the love and passion I feel for the people I care about
