My father and step-mother just got finished trapping me. My sleeping pattern is off, and I said, “I can’t stay awake all day, because I don’t have enough to do”. And then my step mother said, 'you are just making excuses". Then I said “I’m not making excuses.” And she said you are making excuses again. And then I couldn’t say anything.
How does that trap you? I’m not trying to be negative. I just don’t understand what you mean
When we get in a debate. They keep trapping me with disagreeing with me.

My original mother and same father, also kept undermining my judgment calls over and over again. For example, If I would say, North Carolina is the best state in the US, they would say no it is not there is a bunch of other good states.

Thanks, I’m trying not to complain in my mind. I still love my father and my birth mother and my step mother, but I is very annoying.
Mostly my father also treats my like a 3 year old. For example, when I moved in an apartment…we were unpacking dishes in the kitchen and he said “now this is where the dishes go.” I thought “really” that is not right. I was around 31 yrs old, and he was telling me where to put my dishes.
