Do you guys believe in seasonal changes when symptoms get worse

Hello everyone so I have seasonal changes close in the fall most years specially in November with my girlfriend when I start mistrusting her or get paranoid she may be with someone else, has anybody had experience like when times get tough every year around the same months constantly and or if there is any facts that can help

I believe there are facts that season can affect mood and then therefore psychotic illness too, but I can’t show you any sources. Google might help.

I believe I get worse when the season changes. But then it stabilises and it’s ok.

Yes absolutely… It’s science. Ever heard of seasonal affective disorder. The drop in vitamin d from sunlight. The reduction of physical activity from being inside. The cold air increasing infections in the body… They all impact our body and mind of course!

During the summer I’d say most people here even are happy. During winter (not that it absolutely has to be the case) it’s usually the case that there’s a lot more depression unfortunately.

I know that I get depressed over the cold every winter, but it doesn’t really make my psychosis worse. That could be different for you.

I become a bit more depressed and anxious during the Fall and Winter months

I got sicker each spring for many years. It was terrifying, a monster inside me threatening to take over but I broke the cycle and I’ve been fine for several years.
