I’ve been upping my meds a bit recently and changed meds and now I’m really seeing that I had some delusions left over on my last medication. Now I have insight to them. That first year out of the hospital wasn’t the easiest for me until I got settled but I think I want to go even higher with my dose to even things out.

I realised I was previously a mess when I switched from seroquel to abilify.
