That it feels like you’re disabled by it?
I am so depressed it is impossible to carry on with life. I want to cry but I can’t. I just can’t carry this emptiness inside of me anymore. I hate feeling this way.

I get like that sometimes. Hang in there. We care about you. Maybe do something nice for yourself to feel a little better?

I guess the Zoloft hasn’t kicked in yet. I hope it does soon so you can get some relief.

I’ve felt that way before. I’m sorry you’re so down. Are you able to take antidepressants? That’s what helped me overcome severe depression. But I also had a major change in life circumstances. I think therapy helped me too.

You just got to hang in there @FatMama. You are still withdrawing from the lithium. Its for manic-depression. Wouldn’t it be nice if it would go to a happy feeling when you were done with it? You are doing the right thing by talking about it. Is it time to see your doctor? Try singing even if you don’t feel like it or put something inspirational on to listen to. Is anybody home? try walking a bit>>>

Yea, my emotions are tricky. They can change drastically depending on the situation. I don’t take medicine for depression though. I haven’t been depressed since I went to the hospital over 3 weeks ago
