My appetite has gotten less recently
I do. It has become a sort of problem. It wasn’t as much of a problem before. I think it has to do with the medication I am currently taking.
No, with the mounjaro I don’t even feel like snacking anymore.

Since I met my bf two years ago I could nolonger exercise and he became a feeder and I became obese putting on over 25 kg .
My x thinks he was a feeder because if I become obese then no other man will want me .
But from what i understand it seems to be a shallow matter of him preferring bigger tits

I was a acup when we met and now I’m at least a b cup or small c cup .
That’s so shallow and selfish though .
Making me obese anc miserable so he gets a handful of titti .
i do overeat yea, but also try to limit what i buy. When i go to the grocery store i try to buy only whats neccisary but allow myself 1-3 treat items like chocolate milke, cheese, an energy drink etc. Its hard to stay on a diet when theres junk food in the house.

I get the munchies throughout the day, which is a problem
I try to suppress my appetite by drinking water and tea. I would drink coffee or espresso, but I’m trying to watch my caffeine intake
Fiber powder drink is also good to feel full
I used to but not so much lately.
The Wegovy did the same for me. No interest in snacking. I have had to start drinking V8 Juice and protein shakes to make sure I’m getting my veggie and protein servings. We’ve had bags of crisps around for weeks and I’ve het to break one open. I’m usually on a good packet of crisps like white on rice.
I used to. I had a massive problem with bingeing. Like, really bad. When I got stressed, I ate. Happy? Food. Would eat to the point of throwing up sometimes. Then I cut out all the foods I used to binge on, and I can’t eat past hunger anymore. (Also lost 50#! Getting rid of all that clozaril - and steroid - weight gain)
I kind of semi fast all the time…little bits here and there all day…maybe four or five times I’ll take a bite of peanut butter, or drink a small glass of milk, or eat a couple handfuls of cheez it’s snack crackers…it’s always small amounts just to keep hunger away.
Yeah, i eat when I’m not hungry. The thing is, with the Mounjaro, i only feel physical hunger if i don’t eat anything for 2-3 days, so i have to eat when I’m not hungry to make sure I’m getting enough nutrients. Sometimes i do eat for taste, though, instead of hunger…like a Hersheys bar or something.
Yeah for sure. I dont know if this makes sense but i eat for my mind more than to fix physical hunger. Most things i do throughout the day, wether eating, coffee, exercising or whatever its my attempt to keep my mind and mood stable and good that day. I dont feel super hungry very often.
