I’ve also had pizza, but obv not for breakfast (no longer a full time slacker)!

Occasionally I go out for a breakfast or order one online.
I take flaxseed flour with a bit of yogurt in order to have at least a bit of food and vitamins in my stomach. The rest is coffee and cigarettes
I still dont have aproper breakfast cause I am afraid of gaining weight. Its not good I know but I am too fat…
I always eat the following on breakfast:
- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- Cereals
But I never have breakfast during the weekend because I wake up to late so I only have dinner and supper.
Had a ham and cheese sandwich with some cookies for breakfast today.
Oh yeah and coffee of course.
Donut normally. I don’t like breakfast sandwiches for some reason lol!
I like to get plain yogurt and throw in a packet of splenda or two to make it slightly sweet. I love having blueberries on hand to throw them in. If I don’t have breakfast, I get queasy. I often just take coffee only, though and suffer through the queasiness until around 11 am. I eat too much at night and sometimes I make up for it by having a liquid-caffeine breakfast.
Today I had an azuki bean bun and coffee.
Because I’ve been dieting, I haven’t had breakfast for a week. I ordinarily have cereal and a yogurt afterwards.
Today I had almond butter on toast
There is a layer of runny oil at the top of the jar which is weird!
I have egg salad sandwhiches or frosted mini wheats.
I like greek yogurt with raspberries and crumbled up graham crackers on top.
