Depends on the company. Among the boys I have a mouth but when kids or ladies are around I clean it up a lot. I lived a lot of my life doing mundane, bottom of the ladder jobs and you adapt to those around you.

Yeah I’m the same way. Around certain people I’m very careful with what I say but around my male friends it’s “fn this, fn that!!”

This swearing only happened recently.

Well I swore a lot when I was 5 or 6 or 7 but then in reconciliation at church I said I would stop swearing and I didn’t swear for five years after that. And then I didn’t swear that much after that either. But the last year or two I began to say the f word more randomly lol.

I used to swear a lot.
Today I rarely curse offline.

I’ll curse online once in a while.
But it gets blocked out! :smile:

I use profanity such as the f word as a noun, verb, adjective and even an infix :thinking: it communicates my emotions that I used to repress. My cup flowers over. I am unable to curse in front of my little dog because he’s highly sensitive so phrases like “kiss my big toe” come into play

I curse when I am irritated. I mutter curse words under my breath. The voices in my head are so much worse though. She called me a stupid b earlier tonight.

It’s against my religion to curse but I cursed like a sailor for many years before I got religion and it’s kind of hard to change from bad habits that are formed over many years. I hate my cursing with a passion and I try not to curse as much as possible. I appreciate that this site blocks out really bad curse words. I think that is a wonderful feature of this site.
