I disagree and believe that a species to reach the end of its life is a success. Regardless of producing offspring.

I love very close to the home town of Charles Darwin. (Shrewsbury) there is a lot here nearby to see about him.

Yes and no. It’s better if humans get along. That being said, I beat out several other people for my last position at work and don’t apologize for it, even if others might have needed the money more than me. Sometimes you have to compete to live a life you enjoy.

I believe in adaptation over evolution. Ie: I cannot fathom that a slug can become a cat, or a whale can become a donkey. However. I can believe a Lion adapted in its gene pool and we have cats. I can believe that a wolf to a dog. A shark to a goldfish. Darwin based his theory on rocks. And some weird numbers came out. And even recently, the disparity between years on these rocks, depending on the expert, can range from 1 year to a billion years. Thats not tight enough to judge if humans came from sea slime. Or from monkeys for that matter.

Agreed. And those who lost out, will either strive harder for the next opportunity and learn a good lesson. Or they’ll just remain mediocre. Thats eugenics for ya.

The science as far as I know looks like this:
DNA is chemicals of different types that react in certain programed ways in different combinations. This can also chemically be affected by sun exposure, heat exposure, water exposure and so on. What is originally a cells - takes generations to turn into things like proteins which are the function houses of cells combined.
molecules combine to form cells, cells combine to form tissues, tissues combine to form organs, organs combine to form organ systems, and organ systems combine to form organisms .
Each organism adapts by the above same description - use it efficiently or lose it. stress and that sort of thing like tolerance for it is also part of the process. Some people are not schizophrenic, some people are, some people have bad negatives - some have not.
We are what we will with what we have kinda thing. I agree with this all

Of course. It’s rather obvious due to how logical the theory is. Less fit animals don’t produce as much offspring and more fit make more. The next generation get these genes that helped their parents survive and slowly they change form.

Present day philosophy is what we must bear. We stand on the shoulders of giants. Be open minded. We all might be wrong. In religious textbooks no one intervened in regular people’s lives to tell them what job to take. Just the chosen ones. Life is not fair. You do good a lot of times and aren’t rewarded fairly. No one is interfering in our lives but us. Be a good person. Study what you want.
We didn’t come from apes, they evolved just as we have from a common ancestor long ago.
