I am currently doing volunteer clerical work for a hospice office for eight to ten hours a week.
I am searching for full-time employment though. I have two applications to do accounts payable - one in a university medical center and the other through my mental health community services board. Then I have another application to be the executive assistant to my city’s fire chief. That one involves accounting as well as budgeting. I hope I get to interview for at least one of these!
Prior to now, I was on disability for 4 1/2 months due to my sza and paranoia. I went on Zyprexa in mid-March and now all my symptoms are under control, so I am ready to start full-time employment.

I was also in school for Social Work but I relapsed bad. I plan on eventually working in a textiles shop, or enrolling in a pharmacy assistant program when it comes out next year.
I d on’t work now but was a freelance writer for over 10 years. Before that I was a nurse aide, had odd jobs, and before that a farm hand.

I don’t work. I survive on a pension and living with Dad. It’s a good life and I like my lot. I work I get stressed. I get stressed I get paranoid. It’s a viscious cycle and I avoid stress as much as I can. I do a couple of days volunteering for my cricket club in the city. Gets me out of the house and it’s important if your not working to have something to do!
