I found out awhile back that I scream in my sleep. That scares me. I also kick too I think. I don’t know if that’s due to sleep apnea or what.
I don’t scream, but i talk, walk, go to the loo, eat, laugh and move where i’m lying down… quite a bit
not fallen down the stairs yet but find that a bit scary
I walk, talk, kick, shake, and fight in my sleep.
People tell me I don’t, but I can’t shake the feeling that I talk in my sleep and people listen to and mock what I say. I feel like when I’ve slept in the same bed or room as someone that they know some ‘secrets’ of mine or something like that which I’ve said in the night, even though I don’t really have any I can think of
Once I began to lucidly dream (and I wanted out) so I said “Wake up!” a little after that I heard my uncle outside of my dream say “He said wake up” so I’m guessing I actually said that.
I used to have to be woken up by my mother because I would scream, kick, yell, etc in my sleep.
Sometimes. Always have now and then though.
Before I was medicated, I would talk very loudly in my sleep.
My roommate says I’ve said some random words sometimes, but it’s not an every-night thing, more just once in a while. Definitely no screaming or other intense stuff.
Maybe you should ask your doctor about it.
I sleep walk and I do wake my sis up and talk to her… in my sleep.
I haven’t woken up screaming in a while. Glad for that…
It’s probably normal then, maybe more often for people who are stressed out in general. It could also be sleep apnea I haven’t ruled that out. It means I’m not breathing enough in my sleep. It could also relate to smoking.
