Ok so I dealt and closed off 32 queries today. I checked the board I did the most in our group. But we’ve all got different jobs. Some take longer than others. I went for lunch with my group and left early. They came and were like I hope you didn’t close off 50 queries that will make us look bad. I took it as a joke but now I’m thinking what did he mean by that comment? I guess I should just concentrate in doing my best and not care. I don’t go there to make friends. I know I take offence easily.
You are good at your job, and that is what matters. I wasn’t there, so I don’t know the context, but it sounds like just a joke.

Do your job and keep your nose clean (if you know what that means) and they will have no excuse for bothering you. If they bug you, just say , hey, I’m just here to work not to make friends or cause trouble.
