That’s the best way I can think of. Back in the day we used to get drummers that way (for some reason our drummers were always “temperamental”/crazy)
The last few years have been very bad for mental and physical decline for me. I’m 53. I often think I’m getting early onset dementia.
I think memory loss comes with sz. I’ve had memory problems in my 30s and it’s worse now at 44.

I noticed significant mental decline since my first mental break down at age 23 and I’ve been declining more and more ever since. I’m almost 62 now and I’m now diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment. Which is very often a precursor to dementia.
