A lot of times I don’t feel like I fit in to this forum cause I only experience cognitive and negative symptoms of this illness. I haven’t even been diagnosed with schizophrenia yet. But my mom has it, so it seems very likely that I have it. I fear going outside, lack motivation to do stuff, and have severe anhedonia. (And a lot of other stuff). Tell me if you guys think I belong here.

I want you here. I’m different too because I don’t suffer from hallucinations, like many other with psychosis. People are just different.

Give people time to answer. Don’t make assumptions in 1 minute.
You belong here. Especially with those symptoms and feelings. This is a place of support and you definitely need some right now.

I also struggle with lack of motivation, although it’s gotten better in recent years. And my AP is blocking all the positives.
I’d go out on a limb and say you might have “simple schizophrenia”, but that diagnosis is no longer accepted by the medical community. No idea why.

I think it is paranoia yes. I feel the same way from time to time. Eventhough I haven’t even had any disagreements with People.

The Ukraine vs Russia “thing” (war) won’t be over in a while. Two “dickheads” fighting each other. In theory it could be over in one day or last into eternity, similar to Israel and its friendly neighbours.

Yeah, tbh I don’t know too much about the conflict. I just know I don’t want Russia to win. Putin is just power hungry.

I don’t use Tik Tok, all I know is that it’s full of cringey teens that don’t know what real comedy is. They are mostly using their sex appeal for views. It’s definitely a cancerous social media platform.

I think what’s causing the mental health issues is people getting unrealistic beauty standards from tik tok.
