Do any of you have sleep disturbances like waking up thinking a part of your house was like how it used to be before or thinking something in your dream was true till you snap out of it??

yes i am insomnaic … i cant sleep … just 4 hours a day…
tried melatonin nothing happen … i am on 400mg seroquel…

Yup. I get that. Just the other night. I woke up and couldn’t tell if I was awake and in reality and kept doubting myself, but kept telling myself I’m definitely awake I just feel like I’m in a dream.

seroquel is the only that helps me sleep if I stop the seroquel after a couple of days I can sleep fine but there’s times where I get insomnia I found that since I’ve gained weight I get it more often and one times when I was really workative for like 3 weeks I started to sleep well

Yes havent slept properly in years, i have bad insomnia!

With the med med(quietiapine) I sleep every other day in the evenings. And sometimes I can sleep in the mornings till noon. But for most of the days I suffer insomnia.

With my old medication(pipamperon), it did stop working. I had a month where I couldn’t sleep the night. And I think now I’m used to it. I’m awake at night. Sometimes with the new medication I can make it till 2 am from the evening.

I sleep like a baby for 12 hours. Sometimes I wake up and smoke a cigarette and sleep again without problem

Yeah i get rediculous dreams. Vivid and lucid ones.

I get the ones where I dream my room or my house. Yet i know its a dream but i cant wake up from it.

I get really bad night terrors

Yeah man I notice that too when I’m on my medication I get more nightmares it’s weird

i get weird dreams and then i wake up weird. Like last time there was like a truck in the street for the garbage and the flashing lights woke me up and i thought i was in some spaceship and the alarm was going off and strobes going on and on… took me a while to realize nothing was going on…

I sleep a lot. I don’t know if that counts as a disturbance.

Yes! Sometimes I think I am in the house I grew up in. It’s very strange.
