I am smart at work ?
But the thing is I am.

Some times I miss place the words and see something and read something else.

I don’t know it happened couple of times today.

Need to check with the doctor.

My antipsychotic meds have boosted my performance in thinking wise.

But need constant excellence in thinking,
Same thoughts are of no good to excel .

I can’t or not good in repeating work.

ARIPIPRAZOLE rocks :sign_of_the_horns:t4:

Wonder how my cognitive function and it does function well. I think the supporting meds for Antipsychotic is a combination of
wellbutrin sr as well make me walk the talk.

Can You Take Aripiprazole with Wellbutrin?”

IMO it’s dosage dependent.Too little symptoms aren’t helped. Too much and cognition takes a hit. Unfortunately for some the dosage required to effectively improve symptoms may be at a level whereby cognition is adversely effected. I’d say it’s less of a problem than it used to be. We are no longer in the era of the ‘chemical cosh’. An era when even comparatively mild symptoms were treated with large doses.

We are certainly seeing more people with SMI getting college/university degrees, than when I was that age. A result of improved treatment or a result of going to college/university requiring a significantly lower IQ than was the case for my generation?

Later on-set schizophrenia also have better outcomes. Medication response wise. So that means they usually also dont need clozapine
