I got back my ancestry dna results and I am:
35% Irish
25% western European
10% Italian
9% Scandinavian
8% Spanish
The rest is a mix of random stuff in small amounts.

Neato. The DNA test I took didn’t really give a lot of detail in regards to heritage but it was also free, hehe.
I’ve always been told I’m mostly Irish, German and Swedish with maybe a very, very small amount Cherokee in there somewhere.
I had no idea I was Italian, Spanish, and Scandinavian. I think maybe my southern French descent resulted in a admixture with Italian and Spanish.
I love Genealogy, shows that there are no ‘pure’ folks deserving of world domination.

Also if there was anyone “pure” it would 99% be the result of EXTENSIVE inbreeding So not something to brag about
I’m English, Scottish gypsy and Norwegian!
I was surprised by how much admixture I had I though I would have more English descent due to my last name being Johnson.
