I was introduced to Tapatio sauce from a friend…now I eat it on all my mexcan food…another special sauce I like is El Pato. comes in a small can.

I’m currently on a Cholula Green Pepper kick. Goes great on eggs in the morning!

I usually use Franks Red Hot Sauce but I just discovered this hot sauce.
It’s tasty and not too hot, but spicier than Franks.

Is it your favorite sauce?

Tapatio is the lightly fermented one, yes?

I recommend Louisianna hot sauce. Just the right amount of spice and flavor. I use that for my tacos

@jukebox Just remembered I received a bag of these for Christmas. I haven’t opened them yet, but they look good!

Yeah, Tapatio is a great sauce! They make a really good street taco sauce too but it’s not very spicey.

This sauce is spicier than Tabasco, Franks and Texas Pete’s but it’s not very tasty and it’s very thick so it’s hard to pour out of the bottle.

Won’t be buying Melinda’s hot sauce again.

I haven’t had Melinda’s hot sauce, but I have had their pizza hot sauce. It was spicy as hell! It had the texture of sriracha, but was perhaps even spicier. It wasn’t bad…

Was it hard to pour @Tulane?

The hot sauce was very difficult to pour

It was easy because it was a squeeze bottle. But I know what you mean with those glass bottle hot sauces – sometimes it doesn’t come out easy. I actually mixed the pizza hot sauce with ranch, and it was a really good sauce for dipping pizza, fries, pretzels, etc.
