Dinner ideas that require only a few ingrediants?

Right now im making grilled cheese sandwiches , hamburgers and mac and cheese I need more ideas for cooking meals that require only a few ingrediants oh and also eggs and hashbrowns so real simple things does anyone have any ideas? My oven doesnt work so it would have to be stovetop tomorrow my Mom is teaching me how to make spaghetti

Chicken salad.

Bristo salad. Cucumber. Seasoned chicken breast. Salad dressing.

  1. Bolognesa pasta. 3 ingredients: Ground beef, pasta and napolitan sauce. Super healthy meal aswell.

For the pasta, wait till the water and salt is boiling, lower the heat, put the pasta in and check every 3 or 4 minutes if the pasta is “al dente”.

I would buy some parmesan/pecorino cheese aswell

  1. soy flavored chicken. You need some onions and peppers ,chicken, soy sauce and “chinese five spices”. You can really put all ingredients in a pan and let them cook like a stew.

I would accompany it with plain rice.

  1. Mexican fajitas. Like the above but with mexican spice mix instead of soy sauce and five spices. Instead of rice go for tortillas.

Steak, butter, and a potato or sweet potato. I prefer the sweet potato, but that’s my go to when I need a quick meal. Most people prefer a ribeye, but I’m a NY strip kinda guy.

Potato and onion soup

Diced potatoes
Diced onion
Fry a minute in oil in pot.
Add stock covered them and simmer low heat fifteen minutes.
Season.
Enjoy!
