Diet Thread

I’ve been trying to incorporate more healthy snacks that allow me to eat a large quantity for not too many calories. I’m finding apples, celery and carrots. Hummus or peanut butter with it to add flavor. Sometimes I am craving something sweet so I will have rice cakes with a little strawberry cream cheese spread on top. So yummy.
