i didn’t see them for a while but now i am seeing shadow people, its a little weird i don’t know why and i mostly see them when i have my attention focused on the tv, computer or talking to someone. then they appear and take away my focus and people notice and think i’m weird.
The last time I saw shadow people (yes, I call them that, too) was a few months ago on the walls of the seclusion room when I was in restraints…it was scary seeing them and knowing I couldn’t move, but I haven’t seen them since…idk. Maybe they just like to show up when we feel vulnerable for whatever reason…

I call them shadow people too. I used to see them often over a year ago but not since then. But lately in the last week I’ve been hearing voices externally when I always only hear them internally, pretty trippy
i hear mostly external voices and i see shadow people, giant bugs and gremlins. the internal voices are mostly voices of extreme doubt at least that is their goal to place that in me by telling me that nobody loves me and that no one understands how i feel
