Nope. Never went to my formal and I don’t regret it. Can’t stand such superficial events.

No I didn’t go to the prom because my anxiety was already in existence and constantly through the roof. I couldn’t stand to be around people other than my family (and at the time I was having trouble being around them) and was becoming a loner. My Dad let me come to his mountain hideaway the first year of college and tried to turn me around but when I fell in love with a woman there I failed to ask her out because I didn’t have a car since I couldn’t drive because although I was creative I wasn’t creative enough to believe that a woman could drive a man around. I was such an idiot.

we had a prom (in ireland its called debs) for final high school students…personally i didnt go as i couldnt find a girl to go with me…this was down to the fact i was an extremely spotty 18 yrs old and also i was crap with the opposite sex (damn bloody awkward)

I am thinking about going to my university graduation. It was delayed due to covid so they just sent us our diplomas by mail.

I went to my senior prom for like ten minutes, looked around at how dumb it was, and ■■■■■■ off out of there. I am not a formal party with people you don’t really care about kind of person. I’d rather sit on the couch with a plate of nachos and watch friends play video games.

Had a good time my junior prom but by senior prom I was too interested in weed and achool that it turned in to a disaster ended up puking and not remembering halve the night

You have the same attitude as me. Standing there slowly dancing with balloons on the ceiling while drinking sh!tty punch in an overpriced tux is not my idea of a good time.

I went to dances in junior high school. I wish I would have enjoyed high school and done all those things. My parents went to prom together at the same high school. I really missed out. My boyfriend was kind of a hoodlum. We hung out together most of the time. I missed high school due to pregnancy. We were, in the local paper in a photo when they did a physics experiment outside one day.

I went to the secondary one, and then didn’t got to either of the college/sixth form ones. As for university, I don’t think we have any tradition like that. And I probably won’t even go to the graduation.
