If you mean not talk or alogia definitely. Was paranoid as hell. Thought there were cameras and bugs everywhere. Hardly talked at all. Especially not on the phone. Knew that was bugged.

Yeah for quite a while I couldn’t think of a single thing to say to anyone. Conversation was very difficult.

i mean after first psychotic episode i had clinical mutism for a very long time
a year or so at least, probably much longer

Never heard of that. I had severe paranoia for about 5 years and was afraid to talk. I know my house was bugged though and the government made sure I knew it.

No but to get out of the institution I was in talking was not a good idea. You would get out earlier if you were able to shut it so I didn’t talk intentionally.
