I am particularly affected by words and names can bother me as much as if a stranger were an automatic foe. Names like Burns, Mary, Sandy, Cliburn, Tom and so on. I just wondered of you were ever similarly affected.
My stupid ocd brain won’t let me forget about something until I’ve settled my qualms with it.
When I recall bad events the might raise my agitation for a second but then it passes within a few seconds.
