Did a Duet tonight on piano :)

hey guys, tonight i did my first duet with my piano teacher and it was really fun, i did pretty good so she gave me a few duet song sheets to take home, i told her my friend has been coming over and we’d been playing a bit and she was kind enough to help us both (there are some good people in the world)

So my mate is coming over soon and we can practice duets now i’d be primo and him secondo which is cool bc primo is easier lol, cant wait…

I’ve got a lot of practicing to do lol

any players out there?

i started playing at Christmas and i’m on my 12th lesson which is 6hrs all in, i think i’m picking it up quite fast :slight_smile:

Maybe you have some intrinsic powers on learning piano otherwise this progress is not normal at your age,

I use to play piano… classical music, intermediate level. That’s neat to hear you did a duet with your piano teacher.

Thanks Selah :slightly_smiling_face: my pal came over and we practiced the duet, it was his first time doing a duet as well and it was fun,

we did the first line together and I was primo and he was secondo and we picked it up pretty fast,

@aliali my part was quite simple but still challenging for a beginner.

My friend Craig showed me how to play the song Smile a bit too, love that song
